Problem Description: 
   1193249  telnetw fails to display characters in vi session

   170371  F10 key activates Windows menu.

   1177425  Typing shift-Z in a telnet window can cause GPF's with certain
            video drivers.
 
   pcn4854  Telnet documentation indicates that the Print Screen key is
            supposed to send the sequence ^[OP. It does not.
  
   1174753  Command language "set" function does not work
   
   1174351  Command language "set" function does not work
   
   1172091 vi "set number" command causes characters inserted not to appear

Patch Installation Instructions: 
-------------------------------- 

   This patch consists of one file:  TELNETW.EXE.  On the system where
   PC-NFS is installed exit all Windows telnet sessions.  Save the existing
   TELNETW.EXE file and replace it with the new TELNETW.EXE file.
 
   Select the drive where PC-NFS is installed.
 
        C:
 
   Save the original TELNETW.EXE file.
 
        COPY \NFS\TELNETW.EXE \NFS\TELNETW.FCS
 
   Install the new TELNETW.EXE file in the NFS directory.
 
        COPY A:\TELNETW.EXE \NFS\TELNETW.EXE
 
   All drive letter and directory name references are PC-NFS defaults.
   If you have installed PC-NFS or the patch file on a different drive
   or in a different directory substitute your drive and directory names
   in the example commands.
