Problem Description:

PC-NFS allows user NOBODY to nfs mount UNIX filesystems. New NET.EXE
only allows valid users to mount filesystems. This patch includes, but
    does not obsolete, patch 101308-01

Patch Installation Instructions:

This patch consists of one file: NET.EXE. On the system where
PC-NFS is installed save the existing NET.EXE file and replace
it with the new NET.EXE file.

Select the drive where PC-NFS is installed.

        C:

   Save the original NET.EXE file.

        COPY \NFS\NET.EXE \NFS\NET.FCS

Install the new NET.EXE file in the NFS directory.

        COPY A:\NET.EXE \NFS\NET.EXE

All drive letter and directory name references are PC-NFS defaults.
If you have installed PC-NFS or the patch file on a different drive
or in a different directory substitute your drive and directory names
   in the example commands.
