Installation Instructions:

* Download the self-extracting executables, and place it into an empty temporary directory on the computer to be hotfixed.

  - NDISH40I.EXE  Hotfix for the i386 platform

* Type the name of the hotfix (NDISH40I, for instance).  The hotfix will
  self extract as shown below:

C:\NDISH-fix>NDISH40I
