This patch fixes an NFS file locking race. When granting
a file lock to an external NFS client, the NFS server
kernel sends a KLM_GRANTED message to the rpc.lockd
daemon that's running at the NFS server.  This message is sent via
UDP, and it's possible that either the message, or it's reply could be lost.
This patch  enables the UDP reply cache for klm granted replies.

to a soft mounted NFS filesystem:
