This patch fixes the following /usr/sbin/inetd problems:
 - A potential security vulnerability has been discovered, where under
   certain circumstances, system integrity may be compromised. This may
   be in the form of inetd child process core dumping or failing to
   service incoming connection requests. Compaq has corrected this 
   potential vulnerability.

-  inetd can  terminate without notice and without a core file.

 - The "disable" keyword is being ignored when used in the
   /etc/inetd.conf.local configuration file.

- The "-h" option does not restart any inetd children to handle requests
  because the parent still thinks one is running.
