  This patch fixes a kernel panic caused by btcreate
  when it generated scripts to recreate LSM volumes
  on restore operations.
  The panic string would be similar to this:

This patch fixes a problem where in the device special files are 
not being created by btextract. Btextract has been modified to 
setup another user_config point to create device special files in the miniroot.
