This patch fixes a problem where the vdump program would dump core with
the following message:

        "nnnn Resources lost(coredump)"

The program aborted with the following stack:
0 __pthread_mutex_destroy()
1 cma_mutex_delete()
2 pthread_mutex_destroy()
3 main()
