The patch fixes a problem that occurs when SysMan processes parameter values
in the /etc/rc.config files. When you are configuring a NFS client on a 
standalone system, if NFS configuration values exist in the /etc/rc.config 
file, SysMan loads the values from this file instead of the /etc/rc.config.common
file.

This patch addresses the following automount issues in the SysMan Menu:
- If the automount argument is set to empty and "Restart All NFS Daemons" is
  selected in the SysMan Menu, the automount daemon uses the old argument
  instead of the empty argument when restarted.
- An automount argument with special characters, such as the double quote ("), 
  is now supported.
