This patch fixes a problem in which ^C fails to work in dtterm 
when logged in to a 4.0E or 4.0F system using XDMCP.

  When using a multibyte-character locale and an input method (as
  required for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean), opening and closing
  certain windows may cause the the X11 library to dump core.  This
  patch prevents the core dump problem.
