This patch provides the folowing changes to the sys_check utility:
   - fixes the ra200info tool from core dumping
   - include sysconf in inventory for sys_check use

tool used by the sys_check utility;
- a security hole where a user can become root
- collect can not start at boot time due to incorrectly handling SIGHUP
signal
