This patch fixes a problem with the defragment command, where the -V option
is not being parsed properly.

This patch fixes the defragment program to properly report on extremely
large (>4.3GB) freespace holes. Previously it would report "Free space"
percentages larger than 100% and would add these large holes to the
smallest range (<100K) instead of the largest range (>10M) where they
belong.
