This patch fixes a problem in which ^C fails to work in dtterm 
when logged in to a 4.0E or 4.0F system using XDMCP.

When using keyboards for non-Latin-1 languages with a graphical console,
you cannot input all the characters that the keyboard is supposed to
support.
After this patch is installed,  you can enter all supported characters.
