This patch prevents vold from core dumping when a volprint,
voldisk list, or other query command is executed during the
following scenerios:

        o vold is in disabled mode but several volumes are active
          and enabled

        o vold is in enabled mode but a warning of
               "Disk group log may be too small"
          occurred when it was being enabled.
