The files are named after the semi-unique number found on each disc which normally seems to be of the form "LCD4-nnnn-00". Where multiple volumes/CDs are present, ".xx" is added where xx is the CD number. For a list of numbers next to names, see 00-INDEX.txt. This file, 01-README.txt, contains the CD number, title and other stuff from the CDs label. There are probably plenty of typos/errors here as all text was entered from the CDs by hand.
